First, you will need to register for the service. This is done by calling the city clerk (Merisha Carelock) or coming by city hall and give her your account information along with a valid email address. She will then be able to set you up to receive your future utility bills via email at that address.
From then on, you will receive your monthly utility bill at the email address provided. It will contain a link for you to pay your bill online. Payments can be made using any major credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) or direct bank draft.
You may still pay your utility bill at the city hall, but you will not receive a monthly utility bill by regular mail.
