• CITY HALL – Hours of operation are Monday thru Thursday from 8 AM to 5 PM and Friday from 8 AM to 12 noon. City Hall is closed Saturday and Sunday.
• GARBAGE PICKUP – Weekly on Fridays, so please put your trash can out sometime Thursday afternoon/evening with the lid opening facing the road.  If trash pickup falls on a holiday, it will be picked up on Saturday.
• YARD DEBRIS – This is picked up on Thursdays of each week.  Debris can be no longer than 4 feet in length and only consist of leaves and limbs/branches.  No construction materials.
• UTILITY BILLS – These are due on the 1st of the month with late charges being applied at midnight on the 10th, if unpaid by end of business that day.  However, due to the recent change in Friday’s hours,  a late fee will not be charged if the 10th falls on Friday, provided your utility payment is in our nightdrop box when clerks arrive the next business day.  This also goes for anytime the 10th of the month falls on a weekend or holiday.  If the bill is not paid in full by the 17th, services are subject to disconnection and additional fees for re-connection.  Also, the city recently added the ability to pay your utility bill online.  You can follow this link for more information.
• CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS – The Doerun City Council holds public meetings normally on the first Monday of each month in the Doerun City Council Chambers next to City Hall.  Meetings normally start at 7:00 PM.  (See the calendar for possible changes and/or additional information concerning particular months.)
• DOERUN MUNICIPAL COURT – Doerun holds Municipal Court regularly to handle traffic and/or city ordinance violations. It is normally held on the third Monday (as of March 2019) of each month in the Doerun City Council Chambers next to City Hall.  Court normally starts at 5:00 PM.  (See the calendar for possible changes and/or additional information concerning particular months.)
• DOERUN LIBRARY – Hours of operation are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM and Wednesday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
