The Doerun City Council is made up of the Mayor and five ‘at large’ Council Members. Each is elected from qualified city residents and serve 4-year terms. Regular public meetings are normally held on the first Monday of each month at 7:00 PM in the City Council Chambers next door to the City Hall. (See the calendar for possible changes and/or additional information concerning particular months.)
Michael Campbell is the current Mayor of Doerun. He was elected in November of 2017 after stepping down as a serving council member. Up until then, he had served as a council member for 26 years. He currently works for City Electric out of Albany, GA.

Chad Kimbrell serves on the Audit and Human Resources committees. He has been a council member for 5 years and works at Proctor and Gamble in Albany, GA.
Council Post 2
Judy Coleman serves on the Audit and Community Service committees. She has only been a council member for a year and works as a nurse at Phoebe Putney Hospital in Albany, GA.
Council Post 3
Randy Dalton serves on the Public Service and Utilities committees. He has been a council member for 4 years and serves as Mayor Pro Tem. He is a retiree that worked for Cooper Tires in Albany, GA.

Mike Blair serves on the Public Safety and Utilities committees. He was re-elected to the city council in November of 2017. Prior to that, he had served 4 years as a council member. He works for City Electric in Valdosta, GA.

Suprina Greene serves on the Community Service and Human Resources committees. She has been a council member for 1 year and works at Autry State Prison in Pelham, GA.
